Abstracts Submission

Please read the following abstract submission rules carefully.
The abstract submission deadline is September 15, 2025.

Abstract Submission Rules

  • Abstracts for the congress will be sent via the abstract submission system, abstracts sent via e-mail will not be accepted.
  • Abstracts sent will be evaluated as oral and poster presentations.
  • Abstracts must not have been presented and/or published on any platform and must not contain commercial connections.
  • The deadline for abstract submission is September 15, 2025.
  • Each participant can participate in the congress with a maximum of one oral and one poster presentation.
  • Abstracts must not contain Tables, Figures and References. Abstracts must not exceed 300 words excluding the Title and Keywords.
  • Compiled abstracts will not be accepted at the congress.
  • Only abstracts of participants who have registered for the congress will be evaluated.
  • After the abstract evaluation period is over, the presenting author change can only be made among the names mentioned in the study and whose congress registration has been completed, and no new names can be added.
  • Abstracts that are accepted and presented will be published on the congress website as an E-Book. Even if registered, any unpresented papers will not be included in the abstract book of the congress. All participants are required to present their papers. Being registered does not mean that their papers and posters will be published in the abstract book. Papers that are not presented without an excuse and posters that are not submitted will not be included in the abstract book of the congress. All participants are required to act in accordance with the relevant scientific program and make their presentations.
  • 15 minutes will be given for oral presentations, including questions and answers.
  • Abstracts of case presentations will be sent in the form of Purpose, Case, Discussion / Conclusion.
  • Invited and free oral presentations will be presented by participants from more than 5 countries in our congress.
  • The papers cover all topics related to sheep and goat husbandry.
  • All papers that apply to be presented in our congress will be sent to at least 2 (two) referees to be randomly selected from the Congress Scientific Board and will undergo a scientific evaluation, and the papers deemed appropriate by the referees will be accepted to the congress.
  • 70% of the registration and accommodation fee of 7 people who will attend our congress with a paper, including Res.Asst.Dr., Dr., PhD students and veterinarians working in the public sector, will be covered by the Farm Animal Medicine Association.
  • The best paper presented at the congress will be awarded the right to register for the 33rd WBC2026 Istanbul free of charge.
