Services Included in the Accommodation Fee and Important Information

  • Package accommodation includes accommodation in an all-inclusive concept, with a check-in date of November 20, 2025 and a check-out date of November 23, 2025.

  • Package accommodation dates cannot be divided, full package application is applied for early check-in and early check-out, and the difference is reflected for extra night stays.

  • In order for the figures before July 31, 2025 to be valid, the payment must be made before July 31, 2025.

  • If the single room fee is paid as package dates, the spouse difference is €360 for three nights (does not include congress participation and includes VAT).

  • In case of accommodation with two adults, the first child between the ages of 0-6 is free, and the fee applied for the second child who is 6 years old and 3 years old and above is €245 in total for 3 nights (including VAT).
